Antisemitism in Switzerland

Dear Mr. Seligman
from a Swiss philosemite to the Jewish voice from Germany:
Are only German immigrants allowed to mention antisemitism in Switzerland?
(we shook hands in Berne when Keren Hajessod invited you to interview Yuval Rabin)

In his brilliant article „Nichts wie weg“ in NZZ am Sonntag Christpoph Plate mentions latent antisemitism in Switzerland.

It seems to me that only German immigrants are allowed to diagnose antisemitism in Switzerland  – if you’re born in Switzerland and don’t keep your mouth shut about antisemitism in your neighbourhood or your own family, if you speak out, even dare to mention Swiss Nazis (Frontisten) in an academic paper about Dr Joseph Goebbels for a Swiss professor of history, don’t Christian your Kids – you are hunted down like a witch and Swiss authorities steal your kids like the Argentinian Junta did.

When your son – who was manipulated by antisemitic relatives – paints swastikas (Hakenkreuze) on the Easter eggs – the judge (of course a member of the SVP) does not want to see the swastikas (Plate calls it „weggucken“) and in the record at the court they are described as normal Easter eggs…

But on the other hand: When a German minister (of the same area) sees a swastika painted by one of his pupils he organises a trip to the concentration camp Bergen-Belsen and Swiss authorities sponsor the trip…

Plate criticizes that Köppel and Blocher dominate the media – they both know my story and treat it as a red tape case and want to have it covered up.

The Bernese version of Blocher (a powerful former MP and former president of the SVP of the canton of Berne (and my neighbour in my childhood) is part of the mob

with kind regards
